Pre-Test Requirements预测试要求
 
The Pre-Test Requirements apply to the F1208201 after the attachment of the alarm unit wiring to the assembly. Once the UUT has successfully completed Pre-Test, it’s ready for Functional Testing.
当报警器连接到产品上后进行F1208201预测试,当UUT成功通过预测试后,将进入到功能测试
The test procedure outlined here is a minimum requirement. At this time the manufacturing organization may elect to include a Manufacturing Defect Analysis (MDA) procedure, to verify the correct manufacturing process of the assembly.
这里列出来的测试流程只是*基本的测试要求,制造厂商可以选择其它的要求包括产品**分析流程来确认制造中的流程是否正确

  1. Measure the resistance between wiring point E5 (Vin) and E6 (Gnd) on the PWB, if less than 100K Ohms reject UUT.
测量PWB上接线点E5和E6之前的电阻,如果小于100K 欧 则判退
  1. Measure the resistance between test points E7 (Vout) and E8 (Gnd) on the PWB, if less than 1K Ohms reject UUT.

F1208301 Pre-Test Test Procedure F1208301 预测试流程
  1. Measure the resistance between wiring point E3 (Vin) and E1 (Gnd) on the PWB, if less than 100K Ohms reject UUT.
测量PWB 上E3和E1接线点之间的电阻,如果小于100K 欧 则判退
  1. Measure the resistance between test points E7 (Vout) and E8 (Gnd) on the PWB, if less than 100K Ohms reject UUT.

F1208201 Married to F1208301 Functional Test Requirements
                             F1208210连接F1208310后的功能测试要求
If the UUT does not produce the indicated results as per the Functional test Procedure, the UUT is considered to have failed the requirements of the Acceptance Test Procedure.
如果UUT按照功能测试流程测试不能得出指定的结果,则视UUT未通过ATP测试

  1. Connect Functional Test Equipment to UUT  as shown on F1208401SCHEM.pdf.
将功能测试设备连接到UUT,F1208401SCHEM 所显示
  1. Verify Basic uC & LED functionality: 确认uC&LED的功能
    1. Place the ID resistor shunt on R1 on the tester
将测试设备上电阻转换到R1
    1. Turn the 18V/1A power supply on.
打开18V/1A的电源
    1. Verify the LEDs blink 3 times and then stops.
确认LED闪烁3次然后停止
    1.  Remove the ID and LOAD resistor shunts on the tester.
从测试设备上去掉负载电阻
    1. Verify the LED, D1 on the UUT blinks for approximately 5 ~ 10 seconds and then stops, else reject UUT (also verifies the uC is active).
确认LED,UUTD1闪烁约5-10秒然后停止,否则判退(也要确认uC有反应)
  1. Verify sense loop circuit functionality:确认读出环的电路功能
    1. Remove the lens sensor from J2 on the UUT.
将红外感应头从UUT J2去掉
    1. Verify the DP1 LED (on test fixture) is off, else reject UUT.
确认DP1 LED(测试夹具上)关闭,否则判退
    1. Press the switch SW1 on the UUT.
按下UUT上的开关SW1
    1. Verify the DP1 LED (on test fixture) is on, else reject UUT.
  确认DP1 LED 打开,否则判退
    1. Insert the lens sensor into J2 on the UUT.
将红外感应头插入到UUT J2
    1. Press the switch SW1 on the UUT.
按下UUT上的开关SW1
    1. Verify the DP1 LED (on test fixture) is off, else reject UUT.
确认DP1 LED(在测试夹具上)关闭,否则判退
    1. While still pressing SW1 on the UUT, also press the switch on the lens sensor.
在按下UUT上的开关SW1 同时按下红外感应头上的开关
    1. Verify the DP1 LED (on test fixture) is on, else reject UUT.
确认DP1 LED(在测试夹具上)有打开,否则判退
  1. Verify Open-Circuit Voltage Setting Functionaltiy:
确认设置功能后的开路电压
    1. Attach digital voltmeter to monitor voltage at TP9 (Vout) and TP19 (GND) on the UUT.
接上数字电压计监控UUTTP9TP19的电压
    1. Place the ID resistor shunt on R1 on the tester.
将测试设备上的电阻转换到R1
    1. Verify the LEDs blink 3 times and then stop.
确认LED闪烁3次然后停止
    1. Verify the 18V power supply current is less than 100mA.
确认18V电源的电流小于100mA
    1. Verify reading on digital voltmeter is greater than 3.04 V and less than 3.36 V, proceed to next step, else reject UUT.
确认数字电压计上的读数大于3.04V小于3.36V,如果符合则进入下一步,否则判退
    1. Move the ID resistor shunt to R6 on the tester.
将测试设备上的电阻转换到R6
    1. Verify the LEDs blink 8 times and then stop.
确认LED 闪烁8次然后停止
    1. Verify reading on digital voltmeter is greater than 7.98 V and less than 8.82 V, proceed to next step, else reject UUT.
确认数字电压表上的读数大于7.98V小于8.82V,如果符合则进行下一步否则判退
  1. Verify Loaded Output Functionality:确认负载输出
    1. Move the ID resistor shunt back to R1 on the tester.
将测试设备上的电阻转回R1
    1. Place the LOAD resistor shunt on R11 on the tester, wait 5 seconds.
将测试设备上的负载电阻转到R11,等待5
    1. Verify reading on digital voltmeter is greater than 3.04 V and less than 3.36 V, proceed to next step (verifies lite loading), else reject UUT.
确认数字电压表上读数大于3.04V小于3.36V,如果符合则进行下一步(确认低负载),否则判退
    1. Move the LOAD resistor shunt to R12 on the tester, wait 5 seconds.
将测试设备上的负载电阻转换到R12,等待5
    1. Verify reading on digital voltmeter is greater than 3.04  V and less than 3.36 V, proceed to next step (verifies heavy loading), else reject UUT.
确认数字电压表上的读数大于3.04V小于3.36V,如果符合则进行下一步(确认高负载),否则判退
    1. Move the LOAD resistor shunt to R13 on the tester, wait 5 seconds.
将测试设备上的负载电阻转换到R13,等待5
    1. Verify reading on digital voltmeter is less than 2.0 V, proceed to next step (verifies current limiting), else reject UUT.
确认数字电压表上的读数小于2.0V,如果符合则进行下一步(确认电流限制),否则判退
    1. Remove the LOAD resistor shunt on the tester, wait 5 seconds.
去掉测试设备上负载可变电阻,等待5
    1. Verify reading on digital voltmeter is greater than 3.04 V and less than 3.36 V, proceed to next step (verifies restart), else reject UUT.
如果数字电压表上的读数大于3.04V小于3.36V,如符合则进行下一步(确认重启),否则判退
    1. Move the ID resistor shunt to R6 on the tester.
将测试设备上的电阻设置到R6
    1. Remove the LOAD resistor shunt to R14 on the tester, wait 5 seconds.
将负载电阻转换到R14,等待5
    1. Verify reading on digital voltmeter is greater than 7.98 V and less than 8.82 V, proceed to next step (verifies light loading), else reject UUT.
确认数字电压表上读数大于7.98V小于8.82V,如果符合则进行下一步(确认低负载),否则判退
    1. Move the LOAD resistor shunt to R15 on the tester, wait 5 seconds.
将测试设备上的负载电阻转到R15,等待5
    1. Verify reading on digital voltmeter is greater than 7.98 V and less than 8.82 V, proceed to next step (verifies heavy loading), else reject UUT.
确认数字电压表上的读数大于7.98V小于8.82V如符合则进行下一步(确认高负载)否则判退
    1. Move the LOAD resistor shunt to R13 on the tester, wait 5 seconds.
将负载电阻转到R13,等待5
    1. Verify reading on digital voltmeter is less than 6.0 V, proceed to next step (verifies current limiting), else reject UUT.
确认数字电压表的读数小于6.0V,如符合则进行下一步(确认电流限制)否则判退
    1. Remove the LOAD resistor shunt on the tester, wait 5 seconds.
去掉负载电阻,等待5
    1. Verify reading on digital voltmeter is greater than 7.98 V and less than 8.82 V, proceed to next step (verifies restart), else reject UUT.
确认数字电压表上的读数大于7.98V小于8.82V,如符合则进行下一步(确认重启)否则判退
    1. Remove the ID resistor shunt.
去掉可变电阻
  1. Verify ID resistor separation gap确认电阻分离值
    1. Place the ID resistor shunt on R8 on the tester.
将测试设备上的电阻设置到R8
    1. Verify the LED on the UUT and lens sensor both blink continuously, else reject UUT.
确认UUT和红外感应头上的LED连续闪烁,否则判退
    1. Verify reading on digital voltmeter is less than 1.0 V, proceed to next step (verifies ID resistor to low), else reject UUT.
确认数字电压表上读数小于1.0V,如符合则进行下一步(确认电阻到低值),否则判退UUT
    1. Place the ID resistor shunt on R9 on the tester.
将测试设备上的电阻设置到R9
    1. Verify the LED on the UUT and lens sensor both blink continuously, else reject UUT.
确认UUT和红外感应头上的LED连续闪烁,否则判退
    1. Verify reading on digital voltmeter is less than 1.0 V, proceed to next step (verifies ID resistor to high), else reject UUT.
确认数字电压表的读数小于1.0V,如符合则进行下一步(确认电阻到高值),否则判退
  1. Mark QC pass on UUT
